      None, really no pros to working at this company.

      Cons

      "everyday Mavericks" more like everyday chumps. Management is weak and bows down to the almighty owners daughter who "runs" the company. I'm shocked the company is still in business with the brother and sister not-so Dynamic duo running things. I would give zero stars if possible.

      If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Management likes to micro-manage, takes credit for others work, and throw people under the bus.
