      Great hotels in great Locations. High class products and brands. Great technology tools, especially in revenue management.

      Pros

      A company that's really at the forefront of the global luxury hospitality industry. Colleagues are generally very positive and friendly. Great training programmes available to help you develop personally and professionally. Excellent opportunities available worldwide if you're looking for an international career.

      Cons

      At times too bureaucratic, most likely the result of the big size. Thus, it can take a long time to get anything done. If you're used to working in a fast-paced and very dynamic smaller company, this can be frustrating.
