To them you are just a number and can be replaced. The dispatch is a complete joke and they do not care about your safety as long ad their calls get ran. There have been several times I have been ran for 20+ hours and threatened by dispatch, after telling them we need sleep, Only to be told that they will tell the owner you are refusing calls.
The only good this about this company is that while the management and the owners are to busy trying to fight for control, the employee relationships are welcoming.
