      Pros

      24 years in to an entrepreneurial pursuit to leave every situation better than we found it. Requires always on, hard work to get people to see that the status quo just isn't good enough. The opportunity to learn how business should really be done, help people and make money doing it lends itself to all kinds of opportunities for growth.

      Critical work isn't always easy, so not for the faint of heart.

      Being able to make a difference in the lives of others while in an entrepreneurial setting is rare. That's the opportunity that we have at Status Solutions, an exciting one!

      Cons

      Disrupting the status quo is often times met with objections. Powering through is hard work, but necessary in order to make a difference. Not necessarily a con, just reality.

      Family Owned Business that Puts People before Profit

      Pros

      I've been in the professional world a long time and I've never worked for a company before where the owner takes such good care of his people. Employees are truly seen as people and their needs and family matter. Bonus opportunities are bountiful and medical insurance is completely covered.

      Cons

      The work isn't easy, but hard work is noticed and rewarded.
