      Great benefits. Great place if you're an illegal. Pay is OK for most positions

      Cons

      Hours suck. Management sucks. Owner is crooked. A LOT of racism and favors to Mexicans.

      Employees can tell that leadership cares. Healthcare clinic and pharmacy on site, good insurance and good (above average) culture.

      Cons

      Salaries under average across the board. In general doesn't help to keep work/home life balanced (a lot of hours) but has made strides in the right direction.
