      Pros

      Step Up has amazing benefits. They will treat you right on paper, and you will be financially secure.

      Cons

      The management is horrible. The owners micromanage and Erik specifically loses his temper. He makes rash decisions, talks down to you, and you have to suffer the consequences. It was a very hostile work environment because of them.

      The people here are amazing they are vary nice, and make sure u get the amount of training you need!

      Cons

      They schedule for over time (42 hours) then will cut your shift if u are about to go into over time
