      HORRIBLE PLACE TO WORK FOR!!

      Get to see the clients grow in their recovery and follow them on their journey to better, sober, and happier life.

      Cons

      No appreciation for the employees-NONE WHAT SO EVER!!! Working multiple houses with no training or compensation. Out of date computer programming OVERWORKED AND UNDERPAID!! PLAIN AND SIMPLE....A HORRIBLE COMPANY TO WORK FOR

      Pros

      Paying job, 7/11 and decent food places in the same plaza.

      Cons

      CEO is easily conned. Does not understand what is best for the company, expects immediate results. Claims to be a legitimate recovery center, but has many questionable practices. Low pay, no upward mobility, dead-end job. EXTREMELY high turnover rate. Would not recommend to anyone.

      Being part of a company that helps people in need. Also, Stephouse hires people in recovery which I think is nice.

      Cons

      No 401k or retirement available.
