      Pros

      Owner and. Tenants were always happy and easy to work with. Because we worked ourselves hard. Not management, but the team.

      Cons

      Don't stick your neck out for them, management with turn their back on you in your face to a tenant or an owner. They don't honor what they say and put way too much on one team members plate. No care for you or your family. Only themselves.
