      Pros

      Stone Source is a great place to be employed. I've felt a great sense of comradery with my colleagues since the start. Everyone genuinely seems to want to help each other. There is also a great work/life balance. Since the pandemic, they've been flexible and understanding with schedules. There is opportunity to grow beyond just one position.

      Cons

      If I had to list a con, I would say that the training process could be more structured. Some things you learn as you go, but with that said, everyone is willing to teach you! So not really a con, just a recommendation.
