Friendly staff across all branches Some good company perks on the HR platform at times. Heavily discounted storage / free storage for staff after X amount of time.
Cons
Low Staff Morale Some of the middle management don't seem phased until things go horribly wrong. Staff favouritism at the expense of staff with genuine good ideas to make things better. Stores understaffed Head office understaffed Poor communication Operations Understaffed Very obvious old boys club vibe and quality of work takes a hit because of favours or favouritism. Company as a whole is reactive not pro-active, more interested in new acquisitions than tidying up what they already have. A mix of acquisitions and a mix of processes that has taken a long long time to begin to streamline.
