      Pros

      Made a lot of commission but no amount of money is worth the racism and discrimination faced by several employees on a daily basis.

      Cons

      Management is terrible. The micromanagement can truly be likened to being in jail. No trust in employees and no respect from managers/VPs towards their staff. Hierarchy is very evident and bias treatment of ethnic minorities. The company will never flourish long term until they sort out their management style and structure.
