Pros
Stormfront Carmarthen is an amazing place to work at. Regardless of technical knowledge, the management team are there to provide all of the training necessary In order to make sure that not only am the sales and technical team able to do their job to the best of their potential, but to make sure the team are 100% comfortable in knowing how to pitch the products and make sales. This is not a normal working environment, sales team members are given freedom in regards to sales pitch styles and making sure that targets are met. All of the team is very understanding of personal life, and rotas are made well in advance in order to plan accordingly with personal/professional lives. Overall an absolutely amazing place to work at
Cons
Customers. Like most customer facing posts, customers can make or break your shift. The management team are more than happy to take over confrontational conversations but respect sales team members’ attempts to deal with situations.

Pros
Reduced price apple products that you can actually find cheaper online
Cons
Utterly depressing. The company buys products from Apple and resells them, often with tax taken off. It can't even do this well. Sometimes customers are waiting weeks for their phones and as a customer service rep, I can't offer any compensation.

Pros
The biggest pro of this job is definitely the people. More Precisely your colleges /managers. From day one till I left it was 24/7 fun and laughs with everyone. Saying that we still got all our daily tasks done but always with a smile and laughing along the way. Made a lot of great friends from this job. Secondly the job itself isn’t bad at all. If you’ve worked in retail before you know how it works but different to other shops I’ve worked in. They have Apple Music on in the whole store so your not stuck listening to the same 10 royalty free songs day in day out. And most importantly you feel important and not just a number or a pawn to the management. So many different situations and scenarios I saw them take into consideration staff members issues or problems and help them or find a way to resolve the issue or at very least do the most they can to help.
Cons
I would say the customers are a pro and a con most are amazing and a pleasure to help. But then you get the ones that ruin it all by being rude and think the world revolves around them. But you get that in any shop. the other con same as any store is working weekends and holidays but is made very clear in your interview that you will be asked to work them and the management is very open and clear of all the cons.
