      I have experienced being given the chance to grow in Stradcom, being trusted to do things that you have not done before to help you improve as an employee. Company is also very inclusive of every employee.

      In my 2 years in Stradcom, I believe that it's still a short period of time and I have not seen anything negative about it yet.
