      Meet high level Managers and Experts from all over the globe. Plenty of networking opportunities.Generally friendly and supportive low level and mid level staff. Very strong place to be trained and enhance skills,learn latest industry trends..Good cafeteria. Good medical benefits

      Cons

      Highly politicized hiring and confirmation process. Management tends to shift goal posts when it comes to performance and appraisal thus in some departments you cannot be sure of fair analysis of your performance. Practices faith based discrimination.
