Do not Join Strawberry Infotech, SaktiIT and Actinow Company even in Free of Cost they spoil your life when leaving

I have worked with strawberry infotech for 2 years Strawberry Infotech saktiIT and Actinow all these three companies are same with diffrent names Management is very diplomatic and friendly when you are joining the organisation Salary will be credited on time on 7th of every month

Cons

I have resigned and served notice period accordingly as per suggested by the management they provide acceptence on the mail that about last working date i have served as per management completed all the Exit formality accourding to rule they assured me that i will get my salary and all the document within 45 days after my last working date But After 45 days they denied to pay my salary as well as they denied to give Full and Final Document and Experience letter and saying that you can go for legal i have all the proof that justify there words

World largest wrost Middleman so called Vendor/contractor

This is not a company reason is that they are just like a middleman so called contractors. Guys trust me I have worked 2 years with them. But I was realised that in every month they are deducted my salary unnecessarily. This is not happened with only around 100 of employees are suffering for that. I was realised that they are nothing but have a unnecessarily mediator role for taking commission from your salary packages. The interesting thing is that they are situated inside a unpopularity shopping mall at corner side. A basic salary calculation : If the company will pay them 50k for you then they will pay you around 19k + sometimes unnecessarily deduction will happened but you can't do anything because they as per documement they are hired you under section Technicians not employees

HR person is the biggest issue with this company. No one will ever listen to your grievances. They are nothing but slaves to their clients. No on time salary... it is delayed every month. No health insurance or other perks or benefit. Salary is the only thing one can get from this company.
