Pros
Excellent co-workers, very competent, people professional and easy to work with, excellent management. I did not like VP of engineering, but he's good at what he does. They're a start-up, so their long-term future is uncertain.
Cons
They're all workaholics. 60-hour weeks are typical, and they did not tell me that going in. I'm not willing to work 60, I was not able to keep up with the workload, so they terminated me, but they did so very professionally, so I have no hard feelings on that front. They're perfectionists, even small mistakes will get you a reprimand.
