      - Had potential to be a good place to work but they are too concerned about lining their own pockets with a cash only business.

      Cons

      - They only hire their friends and never hold each other accountable for anything - They are good at making false promises - only some people get bonuses and made up KPIs that are never achievable - Total comp packages are low compared to market

      There aren't any pros worth the toxic work environment

      Cons

      Toxic! No pay raises or bonus. Friend groups and brown noise people only. They promote unqualified management because they are friends leaving all the actual work and responsibilities that management should do to the people under them.

      Pros

      I would say the only benefit I appreciated was free medical insurance although they’re changing it yet again and it’s getting worse.

      Cons

      The biggest con strive pharmacy has is the management. They’re going corporate and they ruined what was once what they believed in. This new Management has increased turnover rate and fire rate. You are just a number here. You will not be valued like they say you will be. There is absolutely no work life balance. They will work you to the bone and leave you out to dry.
