    No Opinion of CEO

I worked at Structure Tone full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Sorry - nothing positive to report about this company.

    Cons

I felt totally unsupported and was ignored by my sponsoring director. A thoroughly terrible experience with significant staff turnover in evidence.

  2. "Stuck in it's way"

    1.0
Former Employee - Anonymous Employee in London, England

I worked at Structure Tone full-time

    Pros

Some good people and projects. Backed by a big parent company in the US. Good progression if you prove yourself.

    Cons

Long standing executive team who are stuck in their way. All change and improvements are blocked by the top level. Unprofessional environment, all meetings begin late and all levels are on their phone throughout.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No Opinion of CEO

I have been working at Structure Tone full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Pay rate is ok. If you get a good team, hang on to that team.

    Cons

There is a huge turnover of staff especially Management which only goes to show there are problems. As others have mentioned, there are too many ego's in Senior Management who do not and will not recognise the hard work put in by others.

I have been working at Structure Tone

    Pros

If you put the effort in and produce results you are rewarded and recognised for it. The senior management expect results from you in all aspects of the role but the pressure is kept at a fairly sensible level for the most part... managers will generally not dump work on you. The atmosphere is generally good with only a few egos to deal with. You are left to manage yourself with regards to how you go about getting results and are treated as an adult.

    Cons

The company is top heavy with senior management, director of this, director of that, manager of blah, etc- this has devalued some of the job titles within the company. There can be a bit of 'click' within some parts of the company- especially if you are female.

It is tough to get through all of your rotations as a rotational project engineer in a timely manner and they use that title as an excuse to underpay
