      The most dedicated employees who care passionately about keeping physical media alive. I could be myself and was accepted.

      Limited career growth because of declining business. Hopefully it stabilizes.

      Pros

      Wonderful Leadership team, approachable, very accountable and respectful . This new joint venture is working through their rough patches and really shows great appreciation for hard dedicated work. Flexible hybrid work schedule,. Studio support is there and continues to grow. Lovely garden area for employees and NBC Universal includes SDS in a lot of their company events.

      Cons

      Work space can be a challenge with conference room avails and dedicated workspace.

      VERY Flexible when it comes to work/life balance WFH/RTO policy Good benefits Many Employee Engagement Opportunities, Upper Management open to feedback, willing to change if warranted Continuous feedback support from my manager

      Cons

      None that I can think of at this time. This company is a startup so was going through MANY kinks while trying to merge processes from two major studios. I heard the first year was really difficult but since I started, it seems to be running much smoother.
