Pros
Beneficial only if you work in the HQ in Ljubljana. It is an international experience. People that I was around at the time were nice!
Cons
Top management are politicians with barely any references and operational/real marketing experience. ( except for one who left the company in 2012 and the other in 2015) Spray- and Pray type of overall business strategy so very little analytics and research done to really capture the best cost advertising model.( imagine when a PE firm has decided not to partner with the owner for those very reasons)As a young professional you could be hardly thought of anything else other than how the Direct TV Marketing works, what are their sales channels.Opportunities for progression rare if you’re not part of/ the best of friends with that trendy crew from the HQ ( they know who they are ;-))
