My experience as an employee at Studio98 was nothing short of horrendous. The lack of work-life balance led to burnout and numerous other issues. Studio98 employs remote staff from around the world to save costs, often comparing salaries to local standards rather than the standard of the country they serve. As a result, employees work American hours, causing turmoil at home and making normal family life nearly impossible.
There is no proper onboarding or training structure, leading to confusion for new employees who sometimes spend weeks or months figuring out their roles. Over the past five years, six different people have filled one executive role, highlighting instability in leadership. Communication is weak, and the environment is chaotic. Efforts to improve service quality or address issues are often dismissed by upper management.
Despite claiming to be ethical, the company frequently adds new services without proper training. This leaves staff delivering subpar work.
