      Wonderful co-workers, great core values, group of people who really care about the tutors and students we work with, as well as each other

      Not alot of career growth within the company

      Pros

      It's a small company so you do get to learn a lot and get your feet wet. Most of the people are also nice.

      Cons

      Lots of micromanagement in the form of goal setting and what they call "initiative lists" which are basically "to do lists" although the CEO and the President don't see it that way.
