1. Compensation is below industry standards 2. Company decisions are taken on the whim of CEO and his chosen favourites 3. No clear strategy, only play around with excel sheets and ppts 4. No respect for colleagues 5. Can't trust the senior management. They don't stick to their word 6. No career growth 7. Lots of wastage of resources, money, time, human capital 8. No process of execution of any new project. Everything is like in Alice in Wonderland 9. No tech in fintech. One of the worst performing departments are IT and Data. They are not given clarity in terms of work expected 10. No accountability at Senior levels 11. All gyaan and no tangible outcomes 12. Old guard doesn't let new gen work. New ideas are appreciated in meetings and townhall, and shot down behind closed doors
