      Pros

      I just started at Success and was truly welcomed from Day One. The company has a few rallies to keep the team informed throughout the year and a few committees you can join to get involved. Not only that, they have a gym, bikes to ride, ping pong and a hub with loaded drinks, snacks and games. They really did create an environment where you want to place yourself permanently. Plus the pay is competitive and the executives are in office working among everyone.

      Cons

      I have not disliked anything other than being able to not eat at my desk as I work. Which is very minor. The people I work with are great and every one works hard to see the company grow.
