Don't waste your time trying to work here because you will regret it.
Pros
Fun industry and good discounts on apparel. Access to bike discounts. Great people at the lower levels. Moving to nicer office but still in industrial area of Burnaby with nothing around it.
Cons
Terrible benefits package Incompetent management-very unsupportive environment from direct bosses Inconsistent direction & internal communication Backstabbing from bosses Zero employee appreciation Terrible pay with very little opportunity for increases Turnover rate is extremely high Closed doors management approach Lower level departments have it good but anyone with any kind of responsibility is worked until they break No opportunities for career development Zero flexibility with hours or schedule Advice: keep looking & don't get lured in by mis-marketed perks because it is all smoke and mirrors. For example they say they pay for volunteering...this is a forced volunteer day hauling rocks and sticks around dirt trails- you don't get to choose volunteer work that is important to you and good luck trying to find time outside of work to actually do any of it.
