      Great collegial company culture. Support from management with an open-door policy and regular direct contact. Salaried overtime is minimal with flexibility for work-life balance

      Minimal holidays, and few financial incentives above base salary.

      It was a great place to work! They treat people fairly. They pay people decently and give them good benefits, including not only decent healthcare but other even rarer essentials... They use lay-offs as a last resort.
