Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that your experience at Summit Funding has not met your expectations. We recognize that culture and leadership are critical to a positive work environment, and we are committed to continuously evolving in both areas. While we strive to foster a supportive and inclusive culture through team-building events, regular communication, and employee feedback channels, such as annual culture surveys, we understand that experiences can vary and that there is always room for improvement. We take all concerns seriously and encourage current and former team members to reach out directly to our HR department or use our anonymous Concern Line if you wish to share more specific feedback. Whichever route you choose to voice your concerns, especially in areas regarding leadership or compliance, we do ask that you bring them forward to allow us the opportunity to address them fully. This helps us better understand and address areas where we can improve. Sincerely, Jack D. Satterlee Vice President of Human Resources Summit Funding, Inc.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and for the kind words about Todd. He’s always been a high-energy, motivating presence — we’re glad that stood out during your time here. You’re also not wrong about the layoffs. When the market slows, it hits mortgage companies hard — and unfortunately, that’s meant making painful decisions during past cycles. We hate when that happens, truly. People matter here, and any time we have to part ways with Team Members, it’s felt deeply across the company. We’ve continued to refine how we plan and staff so we’re better prepared for future shifts. We appreciate your contributions during your time with Summit, and we wish you all the best. Sincerely, Jack D. Satterlee Vice President of Human Resources Summit Funding, Inc.

Thank you for the kind review, and for everything you contributed during your time in Loan Servicing. We’re glad to hear the work environment felt like a good fit. We appreciate your feedback around admin pay. Like many companies, entry-level roles at Summit start at market-entry wages — but where we hope to set ourselves apart is in what happens next. We’re a development company at heart, and we’ve seen so many Team Members grow, stretch, and step into bigger opportunities here. That path isn’t for everyone, but we love supporting it when it is. Thanks again for your time at Summit. We wish you all the best in what’s ahead. Sincerely, Jack D. Satterlee Vice President of Human Resources Summit Funding, Inc.
