      Pros

      Fun staff, kind of like a family. Decent salary, challenging work, good hours and decent benefits.

      Cons

      Difficulty in keeping organized, chaotic at times with people who are too laid back to help the situation. Can be very clique-y. Lots of grunt work! Bringing superiors various things they forgot in their office out to their car for them so they don't have to come inside... Vague directions for expectations at times.

      Pros

      Summit security gives a fair pay, at least more than minimum wage. If you are polite, you will be treated fairly by the headquarters manager.

      Cons

      Not a secure post. They can remove you from the site if you are not liked by the client. My client is actually not bad at all, but I have heard theories about other clients not being as fair as they should be. No advancement in this company, this job is more for retired people who would like to make extra income.

      Pros

      Great pay and bottom line health benefits. I wish I could say more good things about this company but I can't find anything else.

      Cons

      No vacation time, sick time or 401k. There are no promotions within this company. They don't show any appreciation for their employees.
