Good coworkers, easy work, but bad management.
Pros
Easy work. Great coworkers and amazing nature.
Cons
Managers are not engaged with the employees. Many of the task that are required are judged by the manager but they don't see the potential problems and situations that can arise from their lack of vision and engagement. When Upper Management makes decisions they have a hard time explaining themselves or they over explain everything. Sometimes they don't explain their decisions, for example with budgeting and salaries. Many employees are very angry about the lack of pay and no raises because of restrictions made. Only a few selected employees can have overtime, others cannot have that benefit. They have trouble hiring new recruits and most definitely they have problems keeping employees because of frustrations mounting and low salary. Also there are problems of communication between management, employees and contractors. There are little to no meetings. Emails are ignored and issues put to the side. Employees have less power than homeowners, so when they try to reinforce a rule, they get shewed by the wrong doing homeowner. Very few people are trained to perform different tasks, and responsibility and tardiness are big issues. Favoritism is existent and most of us are paid minimum wage and no raises or overtime.
