    Pros

Good place to work overall; lots to learn, lots of resources to help get you there

    Cons

Sometimes a bit unclear what the plan for new folks is, can sort of get lost in the system in a big company

    Pros

Suncor cares about the work-life balance of the employees. They continuously strive to cater to their employees needs. They listen to their employees needs and allow for input prior to any planned changes.

    Cons

Management is not consistent throughout the company. More training is required for management to treat employees consistently, particularly inherent bias, but it is getting better and Suncor has started to address this issue.
