Pros
Good employees, and Good Mission,
Cons
Pays very less and has a terrible salary negotiation culture. They are borderline duplicitous when it comes to paying people. Their HR department is poor in my opinion.

Pros
Super fun, energetic start up. Loved my co-workers and boss. Felt like I was contributing something very valuable to the world - solar energy promoter!
Cons
