Small teams and interesting projects to work on. Great people and easy to communicate. Very flexible environment and global footprint.
Cons
Lack of institutional human resource organization and many decisions are made from the hip. Heavy focus on launch weeks vs fundamentals of reliability and automation. Hard to communicate with teams in other hemispheres.
