Pros
Nice employees. Normal people. There is not much else to say unfortunately. Life style is good but at the same time most people just watch youtube and facebook openly.
Cons
No salary increase. Everyone's salary stays the same no matter how long you have been here. Very bad management. Like a cornershop. Totally disatisfied employees all desperate to leave. Even management wants to leave. Talk opening about leaving.

"Good times, bad times ... not unlike any job you'll ever have ... but SuperD is not a place for the thin-skinned!"

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookDisapproves of CEOI worked at SuperDerivatives full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
There are some great, bright, dedicated people at SuperD, particularly the product managers. SD-FX and IR are valuable tools. When I was there, SD-EQ, CD and CM were not viable products, but this may have improved over the last few years.
Cons
Senior management tend to run the place as if it was an extension of the IDF, although I suspect that if you were to actually serve in the IDF you would encounter much greater levels of respect and honourable behaviour than what occurs daily at SuperD. Middle management bow to Senior Management's harsh practices and tend to bully, chastise and berate, rather than inspire and lead from the front. There is a bit of a revolving door atmosphere at SuperD. If you can take the flak, the rewards can be substantial, but be ready to be cut loose at any given moment because your face no longer fits.

Doesn't RecommendNegative OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at SuperDerivatives full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Location, middle management, free fruits, good coffee, some work colleague in products are cleaver and knowledgeable.
Cons
the senior management lacks of knowledge, doesn't listen to the employees, bad decision taking, brings no value and terror policy. If you contract the senior management it will only goes against you. Really poor R&D, lack of focus, terror atmosphere, don't pay commissions, no salary increases.
