    Good uniform and work ethic.

    Cons

    Worked here over 2 years but the company doesn't give you a reference for future jobs and not many opportunities to advance.

    Pros

    Work mates are good craic

    Cons

    Minimum wage all year round - even bank holidays vs rival companies who pay their staff well
    Understaffed
    Management don't have a clue and do not care about staff
    No career progression whatsoever - 0 opportunities
    Lack of professionalism from Musgrave head employees - no introduction to staff, rude to staff

    Advice to Management

    Talk to you staff and actually listen and care about them

    Nice and local
    10% staff discount - can be nice to have
    A lot of the staff are really nice
    Great starter job - gets you used to the working world and gets you experience

    Cons

    Hard to get hours changed
    Not worth the minimum wage pay

    Pros

    Gain customer service experience.

    Cons

    The hours each week are not consistant, some weeks you may have 30 hours, other weeks you may have as little as 8. This is very difficult to survive on.

    Hours are mostly set after a number of weeks working and it pretty much just basic shop work that has to be done

    Cons

    its minimum wage which no chance of it going higher
