  • The people are very nice, you get 50% discount plus clothing allowance every six months (in 26 reviews)

    Pros

    -Good discount-50%.
    -majority of employees are on the same page, can find solace in each other.

    Cons

    -No friends and family discount.
    -Rotas a week in advance-good luck with making plans.
    -Very, very poor management, will say one thing and do another.
    -Hard working employees get absolutely no recognition.
    -Poor employees are not dealt with well at all.

    Advice to Management

    -Pay more attention to your employees needs rather than simply your bonus.
    -Put your words into action.
    -Don't just hire anyone out of desperation.
