I worked at Superdry (More than a year)

    Pros

    Good variety of staff
    Fun briefs
    Opportunities out of store
    50% discount

    Cons

They do not like to progress people to the high pay scheme. Only a certain amount of members in a store can be on 'Gold/Hero' pay. Favouritism is a big issue in the stores

    Advice to Management

To show you are part of a team, get involved & jump on the tills when is busy. It is nice to think we are all equal. To also, not treat staff as if they are disposable or to give out gold pay when old members of staff finally decide to leave...

I have been working at Superdry part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

great place to work, management very friendly towards everyone like to get to know you. Lots of nights out/ celebrations paid by the company if our store wins a competition within our region. clothing allowance for summer and winter works out £150-200 free clothing to wear as uniform in the store.

    Cons

If working part-time if is hard to work your way up the benefits ladder to get a pay rise due to management hardly seeing you.

    Advice to Management

Perhaps make it easier for part-timers to get to the pay rise level.
