    Pros

Good staff discount ... and that's about it

    Cons

Hard to progress pay grade when in particular store (mine). Didn't appreciate hard workers. Manipulative and use negative reinforcement, as opposed to positive. I hated working here, I nearly walked out on a couple of occasions.

    Advice to Management

    Treat your staff better!

    Pros

Best job I've ever had. Made best friends for life. Such a good company that cares about their employees. Our area manager buys us doughnuts all the time and its great. Oh and theres always loads of opportunities to go work at head office which is amazing if you're a budding fashion student like me.

    Cons

The playlist is awful and the lighting in the shops doesn't half give you a headache.
