I worked at Superdry part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Learned how to fold clothes neatly (even use techniques learned and do that at home now haha)
    Managers were nice to me

    Cons

Too much folding going on at Superdry, half the clothes they sell are like folded. You can imagine how much of a pain it is to maintain the tidiness during Christmas or Sale period.

    Advice to Management

Give us more time to prepare stuff instead of doing it last minute tasks (e.g. major fixture movements, or sale prep)

I have been working at Superdry full-time

    Pros

50% discount uniform allowance have a decent sale that you get 60% off of eventually cannot think of no more

    Cons

Bad management leave you on zones for hours while the favourites get all the best work they leave you to guard the front zones and act like security guards which could put the staff in jeopardy having gold and bronze pay rates when the gold staff do no more then the bronze it's just off favourites once again it's actually quite childish the managers bully people and make people feel uneasy always leaving the shop floor ridiculously late but I got a late slip for three minutes that's how Petty they are

    Advice to Management

Grow up do your job correctly stop with the favouritism treat everyone as equals communicate better with your staff and get your staff out on time
