Pros
Great food and great Company to grow with. I worked hard and was promoted after only 6 months! It's fast paced so there is little chance to get bored. Fun atmosphere which helps when it gets really busy.
Cons
Sometimes it can be very stressful but you have to over come things like that there. I have fun for the most part and really enjoy it.

RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI worked at Supermacs full-time
Pros
- Flexible hours - Bonus pay after midnight. - Can often choose to work a large number of hours in the week; great if you need a temporary cash boost. - You will become comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced setting; both high stress and quiet/make-work environments will be experienced. Knowing how to cope with each dynamic is a transferable skill.
Cons
- The flexibility of hours can sometimes mean you either dont have enough or, at the other extreme, have far too much. - Staff turnover rate can be a little high, especially before college/university semesters start.

Pros
Opportunities to progress are there if you work for it. Meet people every day. Great relationship between staff and management. Fast paced. Free food.
Cons
Long unsociable hours. Pay is only ok, considering the amount of hard work and hours put in. 30 minute break working 10 hours.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookNo Opinion of CEOI have been working at Supermacs full-time for more than 3 years
Pros
Fast paced. Team orientated. Fun environment with colleagues. Interact with public. meeting new people. High quality product. high cleaning standards.
Cons
Cutting labour costs is prioritised so expect to be short staffed most of time. Very little encouragement from upper management when you do well, expect to hear everything you've done wrong though. Demands a lot of your time. work life balance is non existent. Unsocial hours.
