      Not a good place for work life balance, they will call you on your day off to come in or add extra hours to your work schedule for mandatory hours. You'll switch supervisors and shifts every four to six months. Along with bidding for shifts base on metrics even if your metrics are good you still won't get the shift you deserve. You have to make 4 sales for the quarter of the month and if you don't you your job may be in jeopardy( "don't say I didn't warn you!") even though your in tech support. You have three job titles in one. Customer service ,Tech Support , and Wireless gateway with no extra pay for that or any room to grow up in the company, the only choices you have is either become a supervisor and if you do apply the job is rigged they'll make sure you don't get it because they want you to stay at the same position to make their team look good. Better yet they have someone else in mind for the position even though your a better candidate other wised known as (favoritism!) No raise or growth in the company the only money you have to look forward to is signing up for extra hours or bonuses that is base solely off your metrics and there are stipulation whether you get the bonuses. Supervisors will steal your ideas and claim them as their own just to come up, while you sit in the same position and they will sabotages your metrics just to make sure you do. Not only is the work environment toxic but the supervisors are underhanded. Not all were like that who stayed with the company but the majority there were! Only a handful wanted to see you get ahead but before you know it they end up leaving or getting let go because they could not deal with the scheming and deceitfulness. Whatever your pay wages is that you apply under is the same wages you'll get if you stay. I gave nearly three years of my time with this company and never saw a raise in wages. There is a reason why the Great Resignation happen and this company is an example of it!

      Not sure what would be enough of a pro to make it a place to work

      Cons

      You wont get any raises for sure and you are not important no matter what role you are in
