    The culture is extremely bad Local Management is not functional Corporate establishes procedures & policies based on Canadian Laws and culture Employee's are not valued, long term employees are abandoning ship

    Large turnover due to top management not applying (SOP) Standard Operating Procedures or Policy throughout all organizations in Group (10) especially Safety
