      - Great benefits - Flexible work hours - No meeting Fridays - 'Kind' culture - Some amazing, smart and supportive colleagues - Lots of ownership & accountability An overall amazing place to be if you are looking to work in a calm, flexible environment and do not value leading, or improving the product.

      Cons

      - Leadership and constant pivoting of strategy - Quick fixes rather than long term visions - Design does not have an equal voice & does not hold a seat in horizon (C-suite) - Boring product. Selling the same offering in different ways and calling them a portfolio of products. - Mostly sales focused positioning without much product development to support the claims. Multi-user products are NOT products, just marketed as such. - Real growth pains to evolve as an org and an enterprise product - Limited career advancement & opportunities

      * Micromanagement everywhere * C Suite is lost and has no sense of direction * C Suite take pay rises while company is failing and then make individual contributors redundant * C Suite blame individual contributors for there failed strategy
