Pros

There are no pros, only if you are desperate for money ( low money)

Cons

Leadership is so under qualified , screaming and yelling , everyday. The CEO is in a bubble when it comes to leading a company. They actually tell you to go on Glassdoor and write great reviews. They fire people without warning or justification. There is no room for growth. The hours are insane, they do not believe in work life balance and use the excuse that they are a " start up" to take advantage of people.

Pros

Decent salary, Impressive office and factory to the naked eye, Friendly people who wouldn't let you get too close.

Cons

This company is either an outright fraud or simply the poorest run business I have ever worked for, perhaps a combination of the two. The customer lawsuits continued to mount during my short tenure here and management never blinked nor showed any remorse for clients that were blatantly lied and never received the apparel products they had paid for. The technology platform is very basic and primitive and there is no telling when this "core" robust platform that they have promised their employees, clients and investors will be launched. The culture is a sham where politics run rampant and management plays favorites and fires personnel at the drop of a hat for reasons unspecified.

Pros

There are not any positive reasons to work for this company.

Cons

1. Highest turnover rate I’ve every witnessed in my whole career. This company is a revolving door. 2. Absolutely filthy and unsafe working environment. The CEO thinks that the excuse of working for a “start-up” company is a sufficient enough reason to have your employees working under extreme heat and unsanitary working conditions. When employees start getting frustrated or the production team starts fainting from dangerously hot temperatures, fatigue, and dehydration due to lack of breaks the “leadership team” tries to sweep it under the rug and immediately retaliate against employees who voice their concerns. 3. This company is a joke. 85% of the company has absolutely no idea of what they are doing and what they are selling. The sales team is forced to close sales for work that the company is unable to produce because of lack of capacity, machines, or experience. In turn, the rest of the team has to figure out a solution for a problem that never should have existed. When the CEO is challenged on these issues, you would immediately be written off and cast off as one of the “weakest links”. I think what they call it is being honest, this company should learn it. 4. Don't let the recent reviews fool you, likely a request from the CEO to the team. The only way to make it in this company is to constantly play up to the CEO and leadership team.

Hi, Thank you for penning out your grievances. I have reviewed your feedback and do value your perspective. Our data shows a voluntary employee retention rate of 95% in the last 18 months, which is one of the highest retention rates for startups. However, there are people no longer at Suuchi Inc whose employment was terminated. We look for a combination of the right attitude, teamwork, performance, and the drive to learn and push to potential. Of all these, the right attitude and match to core values, to us, is most important. We have seldom terminated employment where there was core values match, but poor performance – in these situations we invest in coaching. Suuchi Inc is growing fast, and as we’ve added customers, we are continually investing in processes, operational experts and automation equipment. We are now venture-backed, in turn allowing us to invest in better spaces I would welcome the opportunity to chat through your concerns privately, so as CEO & founder, I can do a better job of bringing appropriate closure to your grievances.
