1. Highest turnover rate I’ve every witnessed in my whole career. This company is a revolving door.
2. Absolutely filthy and unsafe working environment. The CEO thinks that the excuse of working for a “start-up” company is a sufficient enough reason to have your employees working under extreme heat and unsanitary working conditions. When employees start getting frustrated or the production team starts fainting from dangerously hot temperatures, fatigue, and dehydration due to lack of breaks the “leadership team” tries to sweep it under the rug and immediately retaliate against employees who voice their concerns.
3. This company is a joke. 85% of the company has absolutely no idea of what they are doing and what they are selling. The sales team is forced to close sales for work that the company is unable to produce because of lack of capacity, machines, or experience. In turn, the rest of the team has to figure out a solution for a problem that never should have existed. When the CEO is challenged on these issues, you would immediately be written off and cast off as one of the “weakest links”. I think what they call it is being honest, this company should learn it.
4. Don't let the recent reviews fool you, likely a request from the CEO to the team. The only way to make it in this company is to constantly play up to the CEO and leadership team.
