I worked at Suzlon Wind Energy full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - Work life balance
    - Beautiful campus in the heart of the Pune city
    - Office subsidised transportation
    - Free sports center
    - On campus clinic

    Cons

    - Bureaucratic
    - Very much local

    Advice to Management

Please change all middle management and bring people with global working culture and attitude. This will directly reduce all the bureaucracy present, as most of the HODs are present since the start of the company and have made their own little independent dynasty in the name of department. Take off secretaries from HODs, why do they need each one of them.
