Grow skills and experience Take on big projects and opportunities for greater responsibility Positive relationships with coworkers and owner, often taking time for lunches or dinners to get to know colleagues more and get out of the office Pay is extremely competitive
Cons
Enjoyed running social media pages for various Houston companies. Would have liked to be more involved in pitching to potential clients or marketing Swiggard Creative in the community.

Hybrid, flexible PTO, learn a lot about the industry in social media especially for a wide range of clients like real estate, restaurants & hospitality, and brands.
Cons
Bad communication between owner and team, overworked and underpaid, and no benefits (401k, health care, etc.)
