      Pros

      The company is flexible with working from home which is good when you have medical appointments or personal obligations to see too.

      Cons

      I worked here for almost 9 months. I was let go to make way for another person who joined shortly after I left. This person is close friends with 2 individuals currently at the company. They worked together previously at a different firm and referred him in.

      Pros

      Great and fun environment. Professional with great staff morale. Swim has grown since 2007 and the team is very knowledgeable and perform well. The staff are well looked after by the management.

      Cons

      None that I can think of! The company has a great work/life balance including working at home for eligible employees. The office banter is a little blue but fun!
