Pros
I have loved working at SwipeSum. It is a great startup atmosphere, with room for growth. Everyone works together as a team to accomplish their individual goals and team goals. The founders are great at recognizing people's strengths as well as weaknesses. Employees strengths are used to the companies benefit, and weaknesses are worked upon.
Cons
Since it is a smaller startup, sometimes personalities clash. Everyone is friends as well as coworkers, which sometimes makes it hard to set friendships aside to work the most efficiently.

Pros
Culture and exposure have allowed me to learn at such a quick pace. Lots of events and tradeshows are expected, keeping us busy and allowing us to travel. Management and leadership are great at motivating and supporting employees both professionally and personally. Improvements within the business are continually being made so you have to be willing to adjust accordingly and pivot. Must be able to hold yourself accountable. Workplace flexibility is always positive!

Job stability is always a concern in the startup world
