      Pros

      Good place to start, they are willing to take you straight out of college.

      Cons

      Incompetent staff at all levels, especially visible at management levels. Pay is in the lowest 1% of the business. Dangerous downwards spiral for this company, as mentioned by previous reviewers.

      Advertised as a graduate role however it is very much is limited to general farm work at times

      Pros

      The work is interesting and challenging promoting growth if you strive for it. Good place to get GLP experience.

      Cons

      Pay is low. Upper management seems to miss some of the finer details making work more difficult for lower employees. "Burn and Turn" mentality, seem to not value lower employees and make minimal effort to keep them around. I had to pester a lot for raises/promotions, which is a good skill to learn.
