      Pros

      - I had a great experience with my direct managers - Met some really great people who I remain friends with - Learned a lot about HubSpot through having to take on a lot of the implementation work

      Cons

      - Leadership asked for feedback all the time but then never did anything with the feedback. It was difficult to be vulnerable and share constructive feedback to having nothing done to remedy it. - A lack of empathy or people skills from certain people in leadership - They always found a reason why you shouldn't move up in the company "just yet"

      Pros

      Great benefits: Flex time WFH Healthcare Fitness reimbursement Maternity/Paternity Leave PAID. A place that rewards hard work with profit sharing -- gives great learning and promotion opportunities.

      Cons

      Less structure than larger organizations - you really have to be a self-driver to be successful. The team moves quickly and it can be hard to keep up if you're not used to or comfortable with the pace.

      It's a small business, which is both a positive and can be a negative, depending. Overall, a great place where you can make an impact if you choose to.
