      Pros

      - Effective communication - Efficient workflow although there is still room for improvement but it is really clear of things that have to be done by deadline - Everyone is passionate with the work/ industry and has great attitude toward others - Small team, no drama - Office location is nice, safe and clean - Opportunities to learn

      - No WFH OR Hybrid work for now (at least for my role)
