      - Lot of opportunity to learn - Exposure to different size businesses - Open work culture. - Flexibility. Immense growth potential.

      - Evolving. Lack of processes. Not able to support the inter-country move.

      Pros

      - Opportunities. After completing the first year of my engineering I am 2 years ahead of my batchmates already, so is my pay. - Learn and enjoy culture. Great office ambiance. - New Technologies like ReactJS. - Onsite opportunities. Couple of seniors were sent last year, I am inline for this year.

      Cons

      - Politics in the team. There are a lot of people who would just complain and try to make you take their side. I decided to just focus on my work.

      -Time fexibility -No nights shifts -"Work from home" facility when needed -Office prime location -Higher pay packages to performing members -Immense opportunity to learn new technologies -Client exposure at early stage...helps you in building confidence and personality -Even Non-performing members get industry standard appraisals

      Cons

      -Since these guys pay higher salaries they expect efficiency/productivity of 8 hours in 9 hours work timings. -Poor performers feel they are treated badly -No gymnasium or extra curricular facilities -Because there are quite a few non-performers, they bring down performance of whole team. They should let non-performers go
